Lawyers are a little like cops-most straight up suck, but every once in a while a decent one comes along and breaks down the stigma. Motorcyclists are oftentimes targeted by the latter group and then nailed down in court by the former, but not if Chuck Koro and Russ Brown can help it. They've chosen to fight for riders instead of against them, and that's all good in our book.
Don't assume that they're a couple of old posers though, because that just ain't the case. This 'Busa takes shelter next to a collection of sick rides in the legal lineup, including a Ducati 999 and even a T-Rex (you know-the three-wheeled Blackbird powered car).
When you represent riders you get to know the scene, and when the partners wanted some new wheels to update their company bike they looked to Sesto Custom Cycles to do the work on a fresh 2008 Hayabusa.
Sure, the large eagle painted on the side was the obvious theme for a legal firm, but some of the mods were anything but basic. If this bike was simply going to sit in the corner and pose for the occasional pic it would be pretty much finished after the paint, but the upgrades run deep. We're talking Tricky Air Ride suspension in both the front and back along with some sick Fastek wheels and a ten-inch over swingarm from C&S Custom.
A Beringer caliper and rotor handle the stopping duties up front, and though the single rotor look might seem a little played out it still looks tight with such a wicked wheel. Furthermore, we'd bet that just one Beringer caliper/rotor arrangement is nearly equivalent in power to the stock set up.
Glossy chrome comes courtesy of the shine masters at Sport Chrome, and it sparkles deep and clean in all the right places to contrast the red anodized accessories for a nice visual finish.
Sometimes it's the bike that attracts unwanted attention from the police and not necessarily the rider, but the scene when this bike is pulled over for missing mirrors or a loud exhaust must be pretty amusing. If you spot this 'Busa rolling through it'd be a good idea to make nice with its rider-you never know when you're gonna need a friend in a high place.
