"My motorcycle is my weapon against the trials and stresses of fighting cancer. In 2007 I was diagnosed with Ewing's Sarcoma in my lower spine. I went through 52 weeks of intense chemotherapy and five weeks of radiation. I went into remission, and stayed in remission until July of 2010 when I was diagnosed with Secondary AML Leukemia. I have gone through an extreme dose of chemotherapy and a bone marrow transplant. I am currently 18, a two-time cancer survivor, and I love to ride my 1998 CBR900RR. As soon as the engine fires up, everything else is erased from my mind and I have no troubles or pain. I have finished my treatments and I continue to make a speedy recovery, thanks in part to my motorcycle-my weapon."
