Racing Screen
The Puig Racing Screen has a smoked upper portion with a solid black lower that covers the unsightly wiring underneath. A 1400R logo on the bottom is a cool touch without over cooking the word Ninja. The edging on the top of the screen needed to be cut to fit-it would have been nice to bolt on the screen right out of the box. Puig screens are available in clear, red, blue, orange, green, yellow, dark smoke, black and carbon look.

The coolest screen in the test was the Sportech Benjamin. Ghosted into the screen are images of dollar bills and dead presidents, and the screen is a perfect reminder of the sacrifice for anyone who has sunk tons of money into their bike. The profile has a slight lift for more wind protection, but lacks the dual layer commonly found. Sportech screens are also available in chrome, diamond plate, flames, shadow, v flow and carbon fiber.

The Ermax Aeromax windscreen features a nostril-like intake built into the front of the screen that helps reduce turbulence and noise at high speeds by allowing air to enter the cockpit. It also features a double-curve profile to push the air above the rider. It fit perfectly and it's no surprise that top MotoGP teams run the Ermax screen. They're available in 22 different colors, too.
