"After dumping loads of time and money into my personal ride it was finally ready to ride, but then I remembered Smoky chirpin' his alarm in the classic flick Friday, and I couldn't believe I'd forgot to get one hooked up.
It's apparently an amusing gadget because most people initially chuckle when my alarm warns them to back away (depending on the distance I program into the perimeter sensor), but within seconds the fun fades to concern as to why they don't have one-it's great watching the facial expressions change.
You don't have to rock a custom to have an alarm either. Stock bikes get ripped off a lot, and then there are vandals to worry about too. The pager works up to a half mile away and lets you know if your ride is getting eyed, and the deafening alarm grabs plenty of attention too when it's triggered.
