The latest iteration of the ever-popular Midnight Club racing series is packed full of crazy graphics, sick music, tons of cars and even a few Kawasaki and Ducati sportbikes. The soundtrack is stuffed with hot tracks from all genres and the selection of vehicles is huge, but working the game was more confusing than a freshman's first trip to lookout-point. Some of the title pages and various option screens are so puzzling you'll find yourself going in circles through the menus.
Thankfully though, game play is pretty dope and the fact you're racing on actual Los Angeles streets is pretty cool. After all, bangin' wheelies and floating stoppies down Sunset Boulevard is kinda tight.
If you're looking for the ultimate driving experience this isn't your ticket. But, if good tunes, realistic backdrops and a wide selection of vehicles send your blood to redline, this might just be the one.
