Ever since a minor crash earlier this year I've been all about being highly visible. I've ditched all the black gear for the brightest pieces I could find for my commutes. While the Icon backpack is made to meet military safety standards, the bright orange color can be beneficial for all of us. A soft storage pouch safely holds a 15-inch laptop and there is a visor pocket to carry an extra shield. The large arm straps are easy to put on even with a bulky jacket and all the straps are designed to stay put at high speed.
I didn't care for the arm attachments that resemble water wings, so those were removed. Overall, it's an extremely useful backpack designed specifically for motorcycle riders with visibility and safety as a major factor.
