Wearing a race-replica jacket when riding a streetfighter is like dressing in Ed Hardy garb to attend a tattoo convention-you won't fit in. I've been rockin' a naked bike lately, and since the weather was getting warmer it was a good time to switch to summer gear. While the Icon Hooligan Operator looks like it could stop a bullet, it's actually quite light and flows massive amounts of air. Be sure and bring the liner even on hot days or you could be in for a chilly ride after the sun goes down though.
I love the techno camouflage look for the war-cry style, but the first thing I did was rip off the Velcro attached patches before ever setting out on the road. The collar has a smooth edge that tucks nicely under the helmet and the cuffs easily slide into short cuff gloves. Multiple external pockets are great for storing garage door openers, keys, ID cards or anything else needing access while wearing gloves.
