Adding a new weapon to the gear closet for those spirited runs on the street or track is the Speedmaster 3.0 boot. Mobility was the focus of a reinforced race boot simply styled and priced to protect the masses. Striking a balance between allowing for shifter feel and providing armor, the protection found at every major impact area keeps the boot comfortable for road use. A perforated split-grain leather upper breathes while a lower articulated ankle design adds ease of movement. Across the boot are shock absorbers that include a reinforced titanium ankle plate, magnesium toe, heel and calf sliders and a TPU mid-sole that is backed up by a steel shank. Variable closed cell foam adds cushioning throughout and the combined Velcro and zipper enclosure that also ratchets down for an ultra-secure fit rounds out a boot made to cover the rider deep into top gear.
