Engine Modifications: Bored out to 1363cc by Millennium Technologies, J&E turbo pistons, Carillo Rods, stock crank has been lightened and balanced, head is a mild port with stock-size stainless intake and exhaust valves and titanium retainers. Kibblewhite valve springs, custom NLR turbo grind Web camshafts, Yoshimura adjustable cam sprockets, MTC billet inner clutch hub, MTC Multistage lockup, heavy-duty billet output shaft, Schnitz Racing billet shift fork shafts (upper and lower). Fast by Gast back-cut tranny. Kick Stand Racing billet clutch cable conversion and billet quick-access clutch cover. Diamond Motorsports Billet low-profile oil pan and Motorhead Custom heavy-duty head studs hold it all together. Turbo system is an NLR Race System with stainless header, stainless dump pipe and waste gate dump that was redone for a more unique look. Custom high-volume intercooler andcustom plenum with built in fuel rail, MicroTech fuel injection controller, Triple K K27 race turbo that has been "competition prepped" with an HKS super sequential blow-off valve and an HKS dual-port 40mm waste gate. Whew! That's all good for 500hp.
Chassis Modifications:Frame has been raked five degrees. NLR race prepped rear shock, NLR race-cut forks, Spencer Cycle top lowering clamp, Schnitz Racing fully adjustable rear lowering links. Trac Dynamics eight-inch-over chromoly swingarm underbraced by Terry McIntosh. Marvic magnesium rear rim, Marchesini magnesium front rim.
Other Modifications:MSBC-1 multi-stage electronic boost controller, NLR Systems two-step with ignition kill, Dyna Shift-Minder, AutoMeter shift lite, AutoMeter C2 electric boost gauge and A/F meter and custom Indiglo gauges. Catalyst Racing Composites fiberglass upper with filled air ducts and turn signals, carbon-fiber tank, Airtech stretched tail section with custom LED taillight. Custom seat made by Tobin, MPS air shifter with custom billet bracket, billet mirror covers, Tiger Racing chrome dash cover.
