Race Tech's original bolt-on valving system, the Gold Valve, revolutionized the motorcycle industry with its easy installation and accessibility to adjust damping curves with the DVS (Digital Valving System). The OEM stock valving pistons have very restrictive valve ports making it impossible to get the "ultimate ride" results. The innovative design of the Race Tech Gold Valve optimizes the flow area putting valving control on the shim stacks. This makes for dramatically more traction and control of the bike.
Improved damping and rebound, and the long wearing, low friction sealing design decreases fade and provides better performance.
