While the name Vance & Hines may spark memories of its more recent Harley-powered racing endeavors, its racing lineage is nothing short of amazing.
Remember the good old pink and yellow Yamadogs of the early '90s, or the V&H Ducati 916/996/998s that dominated AMA race tracks? How about nearly every CBR600F3 on the road rocking an SS2R pipe? Those times have faded in most of our memories, but V&H wants to let the sportbike community know it's back in a big way.
Recently, we had the chance to tour its world-class facility in Santa Fe Springs, California, and without a doubt, we can say V&H will be hittin' hard in '09. If the crazy-cool designs aren't enough motivation to throw one on your rig, maybe the fact that the entire system from start to finish is made in-house, is. That's right, from raw material straight to the finished product, V&H does it all-right here in the USA.
V&H's new CS One slip-ons are available in polished or an even doper matte-black finish, and can accept silencers when applicable.
The new systems will be available for most sportbikes, including the current R6, 'Busa, GSX-Rs, CBRs and others.
