Sportech announces exciting new sportbike product

Sportech has long been in the business of developing innovative, cutting edge products for the power sports industry focusing traditionally on the windscreen/windshield segment. However, as the first step in segment expansion, they are pleased to introduce the Cranker tank bag.

The Swiss Army knife of tank bags, the Cranker combines style, practicality and most uniquely, music in a tight, slick package. With its integrated amplifier and speaker, both tuned to optimize sound quantity at highway speeds, and the addition of the rider's own MP3 player, enthusiasts can finally combine their passions for motorcycles and music together to create their own personal soundtrack for to their two-wheeled lifestyle.

The integrated sound system can be powered by the included quick-connect power lead that attaches directly to the bike's battery or by 4 AA batteries loaded into the amp itself. Three high-powered magnets hold the Cranker securely in place on most tanks. Optional straps are included for bikes with plastic tanks or to be used as shoulder straps.

Unlike traditional soft tank bags, the molded EVA chassis allows the bag to maintain its shape-even when empty. And though there is ample room for the things you need, careful consideration was given to maintain a sleek, unobtrusive profile that will not interfere with the operation of the motorcycle. Dedicated storage pockets built into the main internal cavity provide a place to carry all a street rider's essential gear.
