Put your money where your mouth is. The Super Streetbike/ECTA Top Speed Challenge is gonna be here soon (September 19-20th) in Maxton, North Carolina. This year we've slightly revised the class structure to better fit the bikes entered in past years. That means no more nitrous 650cc class, but we added an unlimited nitrous class for the heavy hitters. Unlike Maxton's traditional classes that are engine capacity limited, these new classes are "anything goes" as far as engine size. So if you can stuff 1214cc into your Kawasaki ZX-10R then you still run in the 1000cc Super Streetbike class. This could get interesting...
As before, each winner will receive a custom patch designating you as a class winner in the competition and a cool jacket from Speed and Strength.
The revised classes are as follows:
650cc Super Streetbike: no power adder
1000cc Super Streetbike: no power adder
1000cc Super Streetbike: one power adder (nitrous or turbo)
Super Streetbike Unlimited: no power adder
Super Streetbike Unlimited: nitrous, no capacity limit
Super Streetbike Unlimited: turbo, no capacity limit
Super Streetbike 150 MPH: (closest to 150.00 wins)
In order to keep true to the spirit of street racing, Super Streetbike has made a few rule adjustments:
-All bikes must have a 2009 tag in your state and it must be shown to SSB officials if asked. We will require you to present your registration paperwork and VIN.
-The bike must have a working headlight and taillight.
-The bike must be ridden by the registered owner.

See you there.
