Ducati recently announced the 2010 model range in Milan, Italy. Despite the economic state Ducati has continued its aggressive renovation of the model line for next year.
Some highlights of the new additions are the Hypermotard 1100EVO and its higher-spec brother the Hypermotard 1100EVO SP. Both are significantly updated versions of the original Hypermotard; producing 5 HP more and weighting 15 LBS less than the previous generation. This is thanks to significant engine and chassis development. Both of the updated 1100 Hypermotards will join the new Hypermotard 796 for a full line of supermoto-inspired rides in 2010.
Pricing for the Hypermotard 1100EVO will be $11,995 in the US, $14,995CDN in Canada and $13,995 in Mexico.
Pricing for the Hypermotard 1100EVO SP will be $14,495 in the US, $17,495CDN in Canada and $16,995 in Mexico.
The 1198 S Corse Special Edition and 1198 R Corse Special Edition, both equipped with factory team-style aluminum fuel tanks, Ducati Traction Control and a special celebratory Ducati Corse livery. The lightweight and agile 848 is now even more affordable in its new dark color scheme.
Another knockout bike for 2010 is the all-new Multistrada 1200. An entirely new design from the ground up, the bike is set to redefine its class and represents a giant leap forward in motorcycle technology.
