Yoshimura R-77 Slip-On Exhaust System Now Available for the 2010 BMW S1000RR

Chino, Calif. – May 19, 2010 – When the Yoshimura team of engineers set out to design the R-77 exhaust system, their goal was to create the ultimate in performance exhaust systems. To ensure that the R-77 was up to par, they enlisted the help of legendary racers Mat Mladin and Ben Spies, and set about developing the exhaust system that has carried countless racers to victory. Yoshimura R&D has now developed a version of this winning exhaust for the 2010 S1000RR, the cutting-edge sportbike from BMW. The R-77's combination of light-weight materials, aggressive sound, and great power gains across the RPM range perfectly complement the S1000RR's performance, and comes in a stylish package that will turn heads both on the street and on the track.

The R-77 is constructed from high-strength titanium, and is available in both titanium finish with a stylish carbon-fiber endcap, or in full carbon-fiber finish. An optional high-mount bracket is also available, which replaces the stock passenger pegs with a laser-cut aluminum mounting-bracket for that race-ready look. Each pipe installs quickly and easily, and comes with all of the necessary mounting hardware.
