Having only begun racing in April 2010, Dystany is making her mark on the drag racing world and has already broken a record on the 2010 Brocks Performance Center BMW S1000RR at South Georgia Motorsports Park with a record time of 8.61 at 163.61 mph. An incredible achievement on what is a turbo and nitrous free bike with a stock engine. "We are very excited to be involved at such an early stage in Dystany's career," says Simon Hughes, R&G Racing's Sales Director. "Given what she has already achieved in such a short space of time, the future looks very bright indeed."
For the 2011 season, Dystany's BMW S1000RR will be fitted with a full compliment of R&G Racing crash protection and both bike and rider will be proudly wearing R&G decals. Dystany will also be using the company's Aero Knee Sliders for road racing and demonstration days. Upon reaching the agreement, Dystany said: "I'm absolutely thrilled about my new sponsorship from R&G Racing. For me, R&G represents the ultimate in crash protection and is the only brand I trust to take care of my bike. I would like to thank everyone at R&G for their support and commitment to both myself and motorcycle racing in general, and look forward to a successful season ahead together."
